$ 40.00 – per month for bi-weekly inspections [2 inspections total per month]
$ 60.00 – per month for one-a-week inspections [4 inspections total per month]
$ 90.00 – per month for two-a-week inspections [8 inspections total per month]

The above options may be used in virtually any combination for any number of months throughout the calendar year. In addition, selected service may be altered, suspended or terminated by the homeowner at his or her discretion at any time. Last minute and planned occupancy during an otherwise scheduled inspection period is prorated from the monthly invoice.

During periods of adverse weather conditions, no fee follow up checks are standard for customers with active schedules.

$ 20.00 – unscheduled/requested visit from 0 – 30 minutes*

*These fees are subject to time-and-a-half on holidays and weekends.
