Introduction
My name is Jon Clark, owner of Nauset Management. As a lifelong resident of the outer Cape, I grew up in the family construction business and worked for several high end commercial and residential companies prior to striking out on my own. Like many home watch businesses, mine began as a favor for a single construction customer and slowly grew through word-of-mouth. Over the past decade, I’ve tempered commercial and residential construction duties with the growth of my home watch base. Today, home watch and management services represent the sole year-round functions of Nauset Management.
Nauset Management subscribes to a pro-active approach. Identifying and addressing potential problems is far more valuable to the customer than simply reporting larger and otherwise preventable issues after they occur.
