We have a home in Orleans and last year one of our neighbors gave us Jon’s card. We were planning on coming back for Thanksgiving and figured we’d call Jon when we arrived. When October rolled around it looked as though a good size storm was moving towards the Cape. Panicked, I called Jon (first time) and asked him if he might go by our house and try and take care of the deck furniture and grill. Two hours later we got a text message with a picture of all our furniture and grill somehow tucked in our outdoor shower! Even though the storm turned out to be nothing, we’ve kept Jon on board ever since!

I live in California and have trusted Jon Clark to oversee the well-being of our house in East Orleans for several years now, and he has never let me down. Jon doesn't just stick his head in the door, then leave. He actually checks the house! Also, as a contractor, Jon has a contractor's "eye" and will spot problems others may miss.
Jon's rates are extremely reasonable, and, unlike some other services, he rarely, if ever, charges for extra services (storm checks, etc.). In fact, I have accused him of being way too generous with his time.
As a side note, I'd like to add that Jon recently completed an extensive renovation of our house. We did the entire project by email, and he didn't make a single mistake. Now that's conscientious!
